    Abstract
The objective of this study is to know the Factors Influencing Employee Turnover in Afghanistan. Throughout the literature review I found some major factors influence employee leave their job. There are many factors leads employee leave their job but throughout this study I found that the important factors affecting employee leave their jobs are salary/wages and other incentives, promotion, and supervisor’s behavior with their employees, organization’s employee friendly policy, employee’s working life balance, and employee job security in Afghanistan. I used regression analysis and demographic analysis through which I distributed a questionnaire among all employees of different organizations randomly and I have received responses from 69 employees of different organizations which is my sample size to find the affect of independent factors (pay, promotion, supervisor’s behavior, organization’s employee friendly policy, employee’s working life balance, and employee job security) on my dependent factor (turnover) through demographic analysis of the responses I found same important reasons of employees left their organization (job) are salary, promotion, and although majority of the employee were happy with their supervisor behavior but still it is another factor that many of them also responded, in the same way for organization’s employee friendly policy, employee’s working life balance, and employee job security are affective variables that if employee are not happy with can cause employee turnover, and as my sample size was not good enough through analysis of regression I was not able to find proper relationship between my dependent variable and independent variables.
