Abstract

This report explores the challenges and emerging opportunities in client servicing at Dotbirth Advertising Limited, drawn from my internship experience between November 5, 2024, and February 5, 2025. Assigned to the Client Servicing team, I worked on major accounts like Singer Bangladesh and Hatil, contributing to campaign rollouts, content ideation, and daily client coordination. The internship provided practical exposure to cross-functional teamwork and campaign management but also revealed key issues—unrecognized efforts, excessive pressure, limited transparency, and lack of work-life balance. These insights were gathered through direct observation, informal interviews, and task-based reflection. To address these gaps, the report introduces a structured framework aimed at increasing workflow visibility, improving communication flow, and balancing strategic and operational responsibilities. Implementing these solutions could enhance efficiency, team morale, and long-term client relationships, positioning Dotbirth for more sustainable growth in a high-pressure agency environment.
