Abstract

With the vision of uplifting rural people’s lives and empowering women, BRAC started its journey in 1972. This internship report has been made to measure the effectiveness of the talent management process at BRAC. This process is to formulate, define and execute talent strategy in line with business strategy that links strategic resourcing, succession planning and leadership development across the organization. The objective of this report is to identify the effectiveness of the talent management process and understand the attitude of the employees towards it. This is a qualitative report that has the analysis of the interviewee responses collected from the employees of the company. This report will help the talent management team to get a view on the attitude of the employees towards the process and will help them to take necessary steps to make the process better and effective for the employees.
