Abstract

My internship program at the university required me to complete my degree, and I incorporated my entire work experience from the Query Management Team (Robi-Airtel WhatsApp) at X Solutions Limited in my report. I handled client queries via WhatsApp, a social media network, and worked for brands including Robi Axiata Limited and Airtel Bangladesh. Creating my internship report was a way for me to incorporate both the practical and theoretical aspects of my internship, therefore I wrote it based on what I learned and what I experienced. Management of difficulties such as staff performance evaluations, remuneration administration, and training sessions were some of the things I took away from my experience with the company.
