dc.description.abstractThis report, based on my three-month internship at Quantigo AI, was prepared as part of the requirements for BRAC University's Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Both my time as an intern and a project I worked on to investigate and recommend ways to simplify Human Resource (HR) operations in an AI-based startup environment are discussed in the report. The report's part on internship details my responsibilities, contributions, and possibilities for learning while I worked at Quantigo AI. It discusses the tasks I received, the challenges that I faced, and the skills I developed while working for an organization that was unique and fast-paced. This part contains my opinions about the internship program overall, its advantages for students, and suggestions for increasing its efficacy for the company and upcoming interns. An overview of Quantigo AI, including its vision, objective and functional practices across departments covering marketing, operations, finance, and human resources, is provided in the report's organizational part. In addition to an industry assessment using Porter's Five Forces Model and an organization SWOT analysis, it illustrates the opportunities and challenges for AI startups in Bangladesh. On the heels of these tests, recommendations for organizational development have been made. The report's project part focuses on identifying methods to make HR procedures at Quantigo AI improve. Offboarding processes, exit interviews, contract and probation review procedures, digitized employee records, and the issuing of standardized credentials (employment, internship, experience, collect release, etc.) are important areas. The project also looks at efficient employee file management approaches, Objective and Key Results (OKR) frameworks, and structured evaluations of performance. The study gives an in-depth review of the methodology, scope, and limitations. Quantigo AI, with the aid of HR procedures and the development of systematic evaluation frameworks, can excel in the AI industry on many fronts. Along with strengthening organizational processes, these improvements will increase employee happiness and retention in the long run.en_US
