Abstract

This report based on practical working experience at United Group as a part of my Internship program. This study asses the employ and reasons behind turnover at United Group with an objective to identify the factors affecting turnover and reason behind turnover. Data were gathered from both primary and secondary sources. To manage employee turnover there several strategic that are uses globally by different organizations to create This report contains summery of employee turnover management at United Group, why does it occur and what are the consequences.
