This report is the summary of an internship experience at Cute Dress Industry Ltd. (CDIL), a top-class knitwear manufacturer in Bangladesh. Known for its commitment to ethical production and environmental sustainability. The company operates a vertically setup (accepts dyeing) equipped with advanced knitting, printing, and finishing units. Supported by comprehensive safety, compliance, and employee welfare systems. Throughout the internship, we reviewed to multiple departments including Merchandising, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Production, HR, and Finance, audit, Certifications. Which offered a big understanding of how CDIL manages its manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and buyer relations. The experience let us know the practical working process of academic knowledge in areas as production planning, inventory, commercial and financial documentation. The significance of interdepartmental coordination, ongoing process improvement, and ethical business practices in maintaining global competitiveness are among the key insights.
