dc.description.abstractWe are now living in an era of rapid growth in digitizing all kinds of services around the world. Our Developing country is also very accepting of providing exceptional digital goods and services to the general public. Thus, as the expansion of e-commerce websites is booming everywhere, the drawbacks of bad service and customer complaints rise alongside. We are well aware that during the pandemic, the e-commerce industry has had its greatest growth even though, later on, some of them could not properly maintain their growth rate. According to the collected information, it is observed that the core reason behind the ups and downs of proliferation is customer dissatisfaction.en_US
