Our Developing country is also very accepting of providing exceptional digital goods and services to the general public. Thus, as the expansion of e-commerce websites is booming everywhere, the drawbacks of bad service and customer complaints rise alongside. We are well aware that during the pandemic, the e-commerce industry has had its greatest growth even though, later on, some of them could not properly maintain their growth rate.
