To support this expanding sector, institutions like the Bakshiganj Textile Institute have been established to train skilled professionals in textile production and fashion design. Located in a rural area, this institute offers specialized education with practical labs, workshops, and on-campus facilities to enhance hands-on learning. It serves both full-time and part-time students, making technical education more accessible to the local community. This thesis explores how Bakshiganj Textile Institute contributes to the development of the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) industry, uplifts rural education, and creates opportunities for youth in the textile sector.en_US
