Abstract

The report entails discussions on data security and privacy of employee record management in Bangladesh. Data security safeguarding processes and laws varies from one country to another country. Data security and privacy of employee record management are considered to be more crucial in maximum developed and developing countries, excluding Bangladesh because if it is not protected effectively, it can lead to a number of grave issues. Lastly, HR professional faces several challenges while safeguarding the information of employees. This report also includes current practices of data protection and the risks associated with the delicate data security. The report also entails a brief discussion regarding the ethical considerations related to the topic. Legal & regulatory compliance and analyzing potential vulnerabilities are also discussed in this paper. Lastly, a few recommendations are also given that may aid in upgrading the effectiveness of data protection.
