The report outlines my internship experience with Banglalink’s HR team, signifying responsibilities and insights that I have gained, which is an overall analysis of the company’s green recruitment strategies to retain their employees. Key findings reveal that sustainable green hiring practices positively impact employee commitment and retention of the supportive, eco-conscious work culture.
