The impact of artificial intelligence on human resource activities and management decisions

Abstract

The internship report provides a detailed overview of my learnings at Core Devs Ltd. in the Business Development department. The report is structured into three chapters: an introduction to the internship, an overview of the organization and a project based on the duration of the internship. In this first chapter, I described the internship information, internship overview and outcomes of the internship. The second chapter provides details on Core Devs Ltd. and include the following; introduction to the company, and details about the management. Industry and competitive analysis are presented in the report, which give detailed information about the company. The third chapter is the project part which is an analysis of the Impact of AI on Human Resource activities and its implications on HR management. Throughout the report, perspectives on both Business Development and a bigger picture of AI’s effect on HRM are presented, along with looking back at the value of the learning from the internship.
