Abstract
"As the requirement of the internship (BUS699), I joined Afser Group Bangladesh as an intern,
which is a mandatory part of the MBA program. I have worked there in the human resource
department for three months. After completing my internship, I prepared the report titled
""Green Recruitment and Selection Practice on Employee Performance of Afsar Group
Bangladesh"". The report is divided into five chapters. In Chapter 1, I have described the
overview of my internship learnings. In Chapter 2, I stated in detail the overview of the
organization. Later in Chapter 3, I shared about the green recruitment & selection process and
how the organization follow it. In addition, in this chapter, I added some analysis. Besides, I
have added recommendations from my experience. Besides the survey form has been appended
in the appendix of this report."
