The three-month SSLCOMMERZ internship offered me firsthand Fintech experience by implementing my abilities toward essential company projects. My internship responsibilities at SSLCOMMERZ required market analytics and database maintenance as well as research activities for strategic business partnerships. My research focused on how Educational Management Systems (EMS) were accepted in 64 Bangladeshi districts along with their payment gateway implementation. Microsoft Excel enabled me to maintain organised data structures that resulted in reliable entry of company system records. The quality of deliverables increased through teamwork with colleagues combined with my focus on precise details allowed the creation of an effective business partner database. Participating in an internship provided me with enhanced research abilities together with analytical capabilties and communication skills as well as the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving corporate setting. My ability to organise my time effectively together with my supervisor's help allowed me to face data entry repetition and EMS procedure learning challenges and unite classroom education with hands-on abilities essential for Fintech career success.en_US
