Abstract

An summary of the professional experience obtained at Stardust Telecom Ltd. at the Network Monitoring Center (NMC) and Technical Support Department is provided in this internship report. Experience with routing protocols like OSPF and BGP, live network monitoring using programs like Cacti and The Dude, and customer technical support was acquired. The study outlines the difficulties faced and the methods used to solve them when troubleshooting in real time, communicating with customers, and configuring networks.Overall, the program improved my technical expertise and professional skills, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and networking business realities.
