Abstract

I put together this internship report called "An Analysis of HR Operations Practices in a Pharmaceutical Company: A Study on Renata Limited" to finish my BBA Internship Program. The main reason I did this study was to find out how good the HR operations are at Renata Limited and what the employees of Renata Limited think about the HR functions at Renata Limited. Based on what I found I suggested some changes, like making the performance appraisal system giving rewards based on performance improving feedback offering more career development opportunities and keeping up the good work with employee training and development programs. Overall my study shows that Renata Limited has HR operations that make employees happy and help the company do well. If they fix the problems, with performance management they can make employees even happier more productive. Help the company succeed in the long run. Renata Limited can keep being a place to work if they keep working on HR operations and Renata Limited can keep growing.
