Teletalk Headquarters

Abstract

Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. Is the only government run mobile phone operator in Bangladesh, with the brand name “Teletalk”. Starting its journey in 2004, Teletalk now has a subscriber base of 4.5 millions. Till now Teletalk does not have a proper headquarters, but its office and/or departments scattered mostly around different part of Gulshan, Dhaka. In order to boost Teletalk’s business, management and service, as well as to declare its strong presence both in national and international arena, Teletalk has decided to build its own headquarters. It is very necessary for an entity as such to have its own office at its own premise for the best of the business. This dissertation paper deals with my academic architectural design journey of Teletalk Headquarters as how to make the project an energy efficient, interactive iconic landmark, from the background researches to the finished design product.
