Abstract

This report is based on my internship experience at HumanX Technologies Ltd., where I worked as an HR Intern from 2nd December 2024 to 28th February 2025. The focus of the report is on candidate sourcing strategies and how they are aligned with the job descriptions provided by client companies. The core objective of this internship was to understand the dynamics of recruitment processes, particularly how sourcing channels are selected and used effectively to meet client requirements. My key responsibilities included identifying and shortlisting potential candidates, formatting CVs according to HumanX standards, developing skill matrices, and communicating with candidates regarding job opportunities. The report outlines various sourcing methods, including professional networks, online platforms, internal databases, and referrals, along with an assessment of their effectiveness. It also includes a project-based analysis using primary data from employees and prospective candidates, providing real-time insights into sourcing preferences and challenges. Recommendations are provided to enhance sourcing efficiency and streamline CV screening processes for better alignment with client expectations.
