dc.description.abstractThis report is based on experiences from the classes I have taught and observed during my internship at Academia , Lalmatia , Dhaka with a view to see about proper balance between TTT(Teacher talking time) and STT(Student talking time) and tired to find out ways how to make a proper balance bwtween TTT and STT. During my internship I tried to mix with the teachers and students of Academia and tried to find out actual interaction scenery between a student and a teacher. I have found out problems and tired to give some solution to those problem regarding balance between TTT and STT.en_US
