dc.description.abstractCustomer satisfaction is predominately the only way to stay competitive in today's marketplace. The balancing act between what customers want and what the company can provide must be optimized in order to maximize a company’s long-term profits. Rangs group has done numerous research to understand the level of customer satisfaction. They are already in a dominant position in the consumer’s mind but understanding the customer’s satisfaction level, will help the company to exceed the present level of customer gratitude. However, no such research has been done to understand the level of customer satisfaction level after purchasing of vehicles. This study investigates the, sales trend and forecast in commercial vehicle industries to invest on the relevant profitable segments. In the first part, we have a prefatory part like title fly, title page, approval page, letter of transmittal, acknowledgment, table of contents, synopsis. In the second part we have Organization part type of enterprise, product and services, business operations, structures etc. In the third part which is basically project part we have objectives, problem statement, methodology, findings, conclusion and recommendation. In the Fourth and last part, we have supplementary part: appendix, bibliography and index.en_US
