dc.description.abstractThis paper attempts to use the BLAST simulator to analyze a DNA sequence and interpret the results in a way that are understandable for bio technologists. It shows how to install, build and run the simulator using an input DNA sequence, comparing it with a database and obtain an output that can be used for many different purposes. The paper also discusses the areas where the results can be put to use and how it can be utilized for the benefit of the people of Bangladesh.en_US
