Establishing hi-tech parks all over the country is a mission of Bangladesh government as a part of creating digital Bangladesh and because of the tremendous success of the IT sectors of the country. The development of the IT sector now has the most opportunity to flourish, and the program for the development of the youth at rural areas creates jobs for unemployed youth. For the lack of hi-tech park program flow, context analysis, and a basic concept, there are many hi-tech parks in Bangladesh which are failing. A Hi-tech park grows with all the successful start up ideas it can produce and when the ideas or start up cells flourish, it moves towards the business incubation, and it needs expansion to establish a new idea. Fresh talent and support from the new generation is thus needed to make the project a success. More man power can generate more ideas, so starting from the scratch, the students should participate more in this program and there should be well trained and experienced trainers to train the new talents and to research on new ideas. Supporting functions such as recreational zone and accommodation and other necessary facilities must be there to support the main functions. Without any of these, a hi-tech park will not be able to work out. The vision was to address all the existing lacings, predicting upcoming sufferings and trying to put all the possible solution through the architectural process. The aim was to keep the project lively by bringing in the locals in to the hi-tech park, thereby increasing interaction with the site and local people. Lastly an attempt was made to create a more sustainable architecture by replacing ground green through the roof gardens and terraces which almost brought 70 percent of green back to the nature and also the solar panel roof shadings helps the project become more energy efficient.en_US
