The leading NBFI in the nation is IDLC Finance Ltd, where I had the chance to do my internship in the Customer Experience Department. The company is one that consistently tries to innovate in the financial services sector, which is booming. Participating in the other IDLC divisions, particularly the Strategic Planning and Transformation wing, greatly fulfilled my desire to research FinTech applications today. I got to work with highly accomplished business people and innovative minds. They aided in my realization that our country's financial systems have certain issues, one of which is the financial exclusion of the unbanked population. It was the main subject of my report. In this research, I hope to look into and demonstrate the unique MFS-based Digital Savings Plan that IDLC Finance has created in collaboration with bKash to address the root issue. I want to give a thorough summary of this service, including all of its features and advantages, and then evaluate how well it has changed people's attitudes toward saving in the non-banked populations by examining its exposure, portfolio, and outreach. Based on both primary and secondary data, my study is mostly exploratory and qualitative. Finally, I looked at the services' advantages, disadvantages, and restrictions to offer suggestions for the future. Altogether, I had a very informative internship experience because I learned so much that would help me in my future job in finance. I had the chance to work at a prestigious firm with highly qualified colleagues. The fact that I was able to conduct this insightful study on a pertinent topic is even more satisfying. I aim to draw readers' attention to it and offer some insight into how Bangladesh's problems could actually be solved by digital financial technology.en_US
