dc.description.abstractE-commerce is playing a very important role in recent times. Daraz Bangladesh is a pioneer in the e-commerce of Bangladesh. Supply chain plays a vital role in e-commerce. This report analyses the overall supply chain process of Daraz Bangladesh. This analysis shows that a smart supply chain process can boost up an e-commerce business by increasing orders to handling it in a better way. Throughout the analysis, we have found some problem areas as well for which we have suggested some recommendations which we have obtained throughout the interviews and casual conversation with the expert people. Primary data used in this report has been collected from the relevant peoples and secondary data has been collected from the website and relevant journals. Overall, we found that being the market leader in e-commerce sector Daraz Bangladesh is maintaining a well-balanced supply chain process. But we suggest expanding the space of warehouse, adding quality assurance team and enhancing the control about the merchants will boost up their process.en_US
