In the ever-growing industry of Information Technology, the requirement of Young Professionals are in more need than ever. The youth who are stepping into cor porate industries can easily adapt to several sectors of a company through such positions. The duties and responsibilities of this position can be spontaneously se lected according to each employee’s topic of dominance. Being an intern Young Professional has allowed me to work with multiple teams and learn how each of them functions together to form a complete ecosystem. It has allowed me to explore tasks that might be more suitable for me as an individual. Working with the busi ness team showed me how we handle the client’s thoughts in priority and fulfill the requirements accordingly. Having the opportunity to visit clients and collect rele vant information with the team introduced me to the overall processes that keep the flow running inside every massive project. Experiencing firsthand user acceptance testing taught me how much effort the quality assurance team puts into every single detail of a module. I was able to learn and understand the skeleton behind such big infrastructures that contain countless hours and lines of code by the development team. Every notable experience throughout the whole internship period working as a Young Professional has also psychologically set me up for my future endeavors in the IT industry.en_US
