This internship report consists of three parts that cumulatively work towards analyzing the prospect and challenges of payroll automation. This is written on the basis of my experience during my employment at Grumpy Coffee Marketing. Chapter 1 of the report talks about the job itself, and the duties that were associated with it. Moreover, I talk about my contribution, my learnings, and any difficulties that I might have faced during my tenure and I end with suggestions/recommendations that I might have for the company. The company is the subject of the report's Chapter 2. Grumpy is a research-based marketing agency that concentrates on offering qualitative as well as quantitative services to its customers, along with marketing insights centered on the findings of its research and analysis. The firm operates with a Laissez-faire strategy. Personnel is recruited via internal networking where the opinions of the existing employees are taken into consideration. Last, I talk about the financial aspect of the organization. The final chapter covers the project which is the basis of this report. Both primary and secondary research methodologies have been used in this chapter. I have used and referenced the academic literature that I have used as my secondary data source. Along with that, I have conducted a survey amongst the Grumpy employees to get my primary data, an analysis of which has been added in chapter 3.en_US
