    Abstract
    This report deals with the factors that relate to Robi’s digital services and how that has been able to build a strong tie between customers and the organization i.e effective customer relationship management in this competitive telecommunication industry. The report outlines Robi's mission and vision, the management principles it upholds, and the alignment of its board of directors and management committee. The report further discusses the marketing, and accounting practices and finally analyzes the industry competitiveness. Given the numerous competitors in this market, several duties in customer relationship management typically require face-to-face encounters to effectively improve working connections with them and foster loyalty towards the bank. The company where I currently work full-time has taken care to include the necessary tools and resources to keep such a relationship alive both physically and digitally with the same effectiveness as it did before the pandemic. Robi claims that the covid problem has provided us with a chance to discover how much we can digitize our service without compromising client happiness, whether it is provided offline or online. The organization assisted me in realizing the relevance of communication, problem-solving, and task management approaches as well as the value of effective and appropriate software and my curiosity about the future of technology. This report is the 3 monthly long contributions to digital services that I was privileged to be part of.
