dc.description.abstractThe primary goal of this study is to assess issues of conflict amongst workers in the banking industry and to present a clear conclusion with recommendations in a suitable manner. To conduct this qualitative investigation, a series of survey questionnaires must first be developed. The data is then gathered and analyzed based on comments from various business people. Because of the epidemic, an online platform, in addition to physical surveys, has being utilized to collect the majority of data. Relevant data is also obtained from numerous conflict-related papers, particular sources, and conflict impacts that are presented and addressed in the study's context. According to the data research, the common status has revealed that disputes between employees are more prevalent from many perspectives. It creates a difficult scenario in many respects that is detrimental to the banking industry. So, in any case, less squabbling among professionals would have been far more adaptable. Because such findings have never been presented previously, this study report will certainly assist to enhance employee engagement in the banking industry.en_US
