dc.description.abstract | Sheltech Engineering Limited is one of the pioneers in the real-estate construction industry, who started its journey in 1988. Within this short period of time, they managed to create Sheltech group which is composed of multiple other wings. Getting the opportunity to work as an intern here was delightful as I have learned a lot of practical things which I have mentioned in the first chapter of this report, which will benefit throughout my career. Moreover, this report contains an exhaustive overview about Sheltech along with its HR, Marketing, Operational and Information management system of the organization. However, the main focus is on the research on the complications and challenges of Human resource management that act as a fundamental issue in almost every organization. Likewise, Sheltech also faces some management issues which were exhibited in this report. To validate the developed issue, a special interview with a Head of HR had been conducted. Furthermore, to give this report a 360-sight survey of random employees were regulated which were later compared and analyzed with other opinions of industry experts to validate the statement. Lastly, this report only tries to enhance some comparatively weaker part of Sheltech and this industry by providing necessary advice. | en_US |
