Reverse supply chain management is a significant issue for sustainable economy, product recovery and green thinking. The purpose of this study is to contribute product recovery management by designing open loop reverse supply chain network. The main difference between open loop and closed loop reverse supply chain is in returning of used products. In a closed loop reverse supply chain, used products are generally returned to original producers. But in an open loop reverse supply chain, used products are not returned to original producers, outsider firms recover them. This paper presents a theoretical model for multi stage and multi period reverse supply chain network, which maximizes total profit of the Suguna. The proposed model determines facility locations and material flows between stages in each period. The concept of closed-loop supply chain management is a very popular direction of research and companies' activities. It is associated with efforts like managing production residues (by-products and waste) in such a way as to minimize the level of waste transferred to landfills or incinerators. This article relates to the use of this concept in the Poultry Feed industry, which by its very nature, generates a lot of challenges for logistics management, also in the area of reverse flows. The article characterizes aforementioned concept and provides examples of its use in the Poultry Feed sector.en_US
