The four years of journey with this university has been ending with the submission of this final report. The only thing I had understood that the knowledge that we learned during the university days need to be implemented in the actual job world for the better understanding of the knowledge. The internship has been one of the important parts of the university life as it gives us the opportunity of the actual business world. Berger Bangladesh is considered as one of the largest multinational company of Bangladesh in the Paint industry of Bangladesh. I considered myself lucky enough to get the opportunity to work in their marketing & sales department during my internship period. During this period, I have learned that Berger not only serves their customer by offering best quality paints to their customers but also, they serve their related parties: Painters & Dealers to retain their stand in the industry. There I learned about the program called “ Shomporko Program” which is given to the painters in the various districts of Bangladesh. The program is itself unique and serves the painters in the best way possible for the best interest of the company. The paper mainly focuses on the uniqueness, impact Y& importance of the program for the painters.en_US
