dc.description.abstractInduction Training Programme at the British Council Bangladesh is a unique training programme that helps the new joiners to adjust to the new workplace culture. The entire programme is designed in a way that allows new joiners to know more about the organization's policies, beliefs, values so that they feel comfortable in the new organization. The main purpose of the induction training is to engage the employees in the core values and activities of the organization so that employees can understand the culture better and adjust to it. Being aware of the benefits of the induction training for the employees and the organization, the British Council HR team is constantly taking initiatives to make the programme better.en_US
