This Report mainly talks about the effectiveness of the Recruitment Procedures of LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd, by analyzing its different HR Aspects, through Research, Survey Questionnaires, Observation and by collecting data from secondary sources over internet. This Report gives a good overview of the Company, and how the HR tasks are contributing to the Company’s performance and the Employees’ outlook on the HR activities.
