dc.description.abstractAccounts receivables is notable part of the current assets in a company, this is why it is highly important for managers and companies to effectively manage it. This report provides an in-depth information on the management of accounts receivables and its core importance for a particular company. For a company to run successfully, accounts receivable plays a huge role in it and this report mainly focuses on this issue and techniques and activities within the accounts receivables to ensure proper management of it. The paper even highlights some of the policies and procedures involved in accounts receivables tasks. There are certain procedures involved when dealing with new customers and clients and how to do their credit check, so this paper will focus on shedding some light on these issues as well as issues relating to payment collection from debtors and what happens when a payment becomes a bad debt. Legal actions and procedures are included in it, all of which involves a certain procedure. This paper will give a detailed description regarding all the information of account receivables, especially considering the fact that how it is dealt in a foreign country like Australia which may not necessarily be the same in Bangladesh.en_US
