dc.description.abstractThe internship report is based on the information and experience I have gathered during my internship period with Adcomm advertising agency. This report is focused on the role of the client service in an agency. Client Service is more like the blood circulation of the agency and is involved in all aspects, be it creative, technical or financial, of an agency and has to co-ordinate with all the departments. I have provided a case study with the Robi 4G campaign to show how the client service mechanism works. I have tried to combine my work experience and academic knowledge in writing the report.en_US
