| dc.description.abstract | This report presents a comprehensive summary of my three-month internship at HA-MEEM Group, encompassing my work experience across the Procurement and Supply Chain, Import Commercial, Washing Production, and Human Resources departments. Throughout the internship, I effectively applied the theoretical knowledge and skills acquired from academic coursework to an industrial setting—particularly in areas such as process innovation, procurement planning, production management, and supply chain optimization. My analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities were significantly enhanced through exposure to ERP-monitored operations, KPI supervision, Lean tools implementation, and participation in interdisciplinary projects. Additionally, my collaboration, communication, and time management skills improved considerably as a result of working with diverse teams across different functional and cultural contexts. The internship provided valuable hands-on experience in production processes, customer engagement, process optimization, and supply chain coordination, allowing me to gain real world insights into customer commitment, operational efficiency, and organizational success. This report also articulates the connections between theoretical learning and practical applications observed during the internship. Furthermore, based on my observations and findings, a set of strategic improvement recommendations for the organization has been proposed. Overall, this internship has played a pivotal role in strengthening my professional competencies and enhancing my technical proficiency. It has also refined my career focus toward supply chain management and production planning, effectively bridging academic knowledge with industrial practice. | en_US |
