Charming Trim & Packaging (BD) Limited: Taking experience in the organization's functioning department

Abstract

The internship program is the primary means of gaining the Knitwear Industry Management post-graduation diploma from BRAC University. The complete three-month practical experience obtained in all Charming Trim & Packaging (BD) Ltd. divisions served as the groundwork for this report. I finished my internship in Seven operational divisions, giving me the chance to learn about and get applied experience in every feature related to the Accessories manufacturing. Employees need to be knowledgeable in core functioning divisions in order to lead the manufacturing in the future. In a alike vein, Charming Trim has ordered these divisions in order to go onward persistently. In that case, operational departments including production, Marketing, Accounts, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Store contribute the majority of Charming Trim & Packaging (BD) Ltd. A prospective CEO in the garment sector should understand how the business operates and how it makes revenue while having no negative environmental effects. For providing me with the chance and support during the PGD-KIM, I am really fortunate and appreciative to BRAC University and Charming.
