Abstract

The last three months of CSR Axis Ltd. experience served as the basis for this report. A digital agency based in Bangladesh called CSR Axis offers a variety of services to help create communications that have purpose. We are committed to creating tactics and content for digital media that are significant and produce excellent results for our esteemed clients. They are dealing with more than twenty corporate clients. They are providing digital marketing services to them for growing their businesses. I manage one group of industries with 7 companies. They assigned me to moderate all this seven companies’ social media marketing. From this responsibility, I learned a lot about content creation, idea generation, caption writing & giving visualizing. I also took a part on their company’s pitch giving team. They selected me for making new creative which will add to pitch to attract the clients. Additionally, I went to meet with Managing Director of other companies for taking interview for getting idea to make new creative for their company. In addition, sometimes I did work for other companies also except my assigned companies because when my colleague failed to do the given task. Students can develop their leadership skills, obtain real-world experience implementing what they have learned in the classroom, and obtain an advantage over other candidates in the job market by participating in internships. to perform well enough that the business will consider my employment for a long-term position.
