The internship report has been prepared as part of BRAC University's BBA program. The goal of this study is to use the CAMEL rating to compare IPDC Finance Limited's performance to that of a close competitor. As well, the primary goal of the report is to instruct individuals on the financial performance of this non-banking financial institution in Bangladesh by contrasting it with two of its competitors. Being one of the most respected and well-known non-banking financial organizations (NBFI) in Bangladesh, IPDC holds a special place in the nation's financial scene. They began their journey in 1981 and eventually founded Bangladesh's first financial organization. IPDC has advanced significantly over the last few years. The entire study will use CAMEL rating and performance comparisons with IDLC Finance PLC & LankaBangla Financial PLC. To illustrate how their financial performance transformed between 2019 and 2023, both before and during the COVID-19 crisis. Also, a comprehensive overview of the internship program is given in the first chapter. In addition to a summary of the internship's actions, results, and conclusions gathered from the IPDC Finance PLC Supply Chain Finance Department, the introduction chapter includes the names and contact details of each internship supervisor. This report's next section, which includes a comprehensive business description, presents the organizational overview. In addition to an industry and SWOT analysis, it includes IPDC Finance Ltd.'s key procedures and tactics. The third component describes how the information is evaluated and understood. The evaluation and analysis of data is defined and depicted in a graph. This section included the review's findings, contribution and recommendation, study limitation, conclusion, and references, as well as an attempt to interpret IPDC Finance Limited's annual report's Financial Performance Analysis using CAMEL Rating.en_US
