In this report, I have shared my experience of working at one of the best alternative investment firm in the country. As an intern at X Angel Limited, I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge about the real-life work culture and the day-to-day operations of the company. I have also provided an in-depth overview of the company. I have also mentioned the different departments of the company and how they affect the day-to-day operations. I have presented how X Angel Limited’s, operates in the alternative investment in Bangladesh. I also have provided a SWOT & PESTEL analysis. Finally, I have picked a research topic to relate to the field I have majored in which is Finance and have tried to research about the Bangladesh startup ecosystem: Startup challenges & problems. My research mainly focuses on the Bangladesh startup business or startup entrepreneurs’ problems & challenges. I managed to interview four participants and based on their answers did an in-depth analysis which helped me come up with some solutions in the problem challenges faced by startup businesses in Bangladesh. Upon further analysis I found that my findings have aligned with previous reports by researches. I have been able to complete my research and come up with references for future researchers based on the limitations and difficulties I have faced.
