A study on the process of RMG production line in K R Knit Fashion Ltd.

Abstract

This internship report titled: “A study on the process of RMG production line in K R knit fashion” is an attempt to understand how a production works, the problem it may face during production and current workers condition in the factory. In order to understand these problems best method is to observation and interview the production manager as he has the most knowledge about his production line. The organization focuses a lot in its production process and take all the necessary steps in order to maintain a break free production. Some of the problem can completely stop the production line and taking care of workers are also a major responsibility for smooth production. This report presents a detailed elaboration of the production process and the problem it faeces and also how to solve those problems.
