This internship report is based on the 3 months internship program which I am completing at StudyNet Global Limited under the Human Resource Department from 7th October, 2025 to 7th January, 2026 as a requirement for my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at BRAC University. StudyNet Global Limited is an international education consultancy which was established in 2012. The company is engaged in providing educational counselling, admission processing and visa assistance services to students who wish to pursue higher education in Australia. The objective of the report was to identify how the learned theories and concepts during the BBA program are practiced in managing internal workplace conflicts from an HR perspective, particularly focusing on interdepartmental conflict between the Counselling and Admission teams within StudyNet Global Limited. For preparing the report, both primary and secondary data were used. The source of primary data was my day-to-day observation and the task I carried out during my three months internship program. The source of secondary data was the other employee working in the organization, relevant research articles, the company website, internal policies and other accessible organizational documents. StudyNet Global Limited is one of the growing education consultancy organizations operating in Bangladesh. The company’s HR practices play a vital role in supporting daily operations and maintaining employee coordination. The purpose of this report is to examine how interdepartmental conflicts affect the smooth functioning of the organization from an HR point of view. In this report, some recommendations were also provided to help improve interdepartmental communication and conflict management practices.en_US
