Report on Paxar Bangladesh limited (Avery Dennison Bangladesh) overview of six major departments

Abstract

My internship at PAXAR Bangladesh Limited, where I had practical experience in Customer Services, Global Product Development, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Operations Excellence, is summarized in this report. I was able to put my academic skills to use in practical situations through the internship, especially in supply chain coordination, production planning, quality management, and process optimization. My analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities were improved by my active participation in ERP-based operations, KPI monitoring, Lean and Six Sigma efforts, and cross-functional projects. Working with various teams also enhanced my ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage my time. Practical insights into operational effectiveness, customer happiness, and organizational excellence were obtained through exposure to modern manufacturing processes, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. All things considered, this internship strengthened my technical proficiency, professional abilities, and career orientation in industrial operations and supply chain management by acting as a link between theory and practice.
