Abstract
This report is based on my three-month internship experience at CloudMarcom. The internship focused on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being integrated into digital marketing practices at the organization. The primary objectives of the report are to (1) understand how AI is getting used in marketing operations at CloudMarcom, (2) judge the effectiveness of AI usage in content creation, customer segmentation, and campaign performance, and (3) analyse how using AI is reshaping the creative output of the organization.
A qualitative case study approach was used as the research methodology. Primary data were collected using semi-structured interviews with the marketing professionals, supervisors, and support staff. Primary research also consisted of AI tools’ data like ChatGPT, Canva, and Google Analytics. And secondary data was taken from internal reports and campaign performance data.
The key findings showed that AI tools have notably boosted efficiency by automating tasks like content scheduling, campaign analysis, and personalized marketing communication. Team members found out that using AI is very useful when it comes to generating content quickly, segmenting customers more precisely, and making data-driven decisions.
In accordance with the findings, the report suggests (1) giving continuous AI training for team members to increase usage, (2) preserving and continuing a balanced human-AI end-to-end business process for quality control, and (3) additional investment in advanced AI platforms to stay ambitious in the progressing digital marketing landscape.
This internship has provided me valuable understanding into the real-life usage of AI in digital marketing and has given me an opportunity to supply CloudMarom's lookout for innovation and efficiency.
