Abstract

Every year we are noticing a significant growth of internet users. Now e-business have become very popular among people. For most of the people in Bangladesh, Amazon, Alibaba. Flipkart are not alien concepts. We have many e-commerce ventures, such as click BD, bikroy.com, ekhanei.com, daraz.com.bd, Kaymu, foodpanda, Hungry naki etc. It is a growing industry, so there is plenty of sectors to work on to make the online purchase experience better. To make a service better, problems needed to be identified. With the idea of knowing the problematic areas of Daraz.com Bangladesh in which Daraz should work on, this paper has been written. To get a better insight of the industry so that effective recommendation is provided to the company. Daraz Bangladesh is operating in Bangladesh from 2015, they have grown over the the time. But there are sectors which are working as barriers in providing better online shopping experience to the customers. That is an alarming situation for the company. It’s a very competitive market, so if the service is not up to the market it will be difficult for the company to sustain in the market in the long run. A survey has been conducted to get insightful findings and proper analysis of the situation. As customers are now well aware about online purchase system, it is important to know what they are think and in which sector a company is doing good or failing.
