This internship report covers my tenure as an HRBP Intern at bKash Limited, a premier mobile financial service provider in Bangladesh, from October 23, 2024, to January 22, 2025. In pursuit of my Bachelor of Business Administration degree at BRAC Business School, specializing in Human Resource Management with a minor in Finance, the internship sought to furnish practical exposure to HR methods within a dynamic business setting. bKash, a subsidiary of BRAC Bank, is a prominent entity in Bangladesh's cell Financial Services (MFS) sector, providing an extensive array of financial services. The paper starts with a summary of bKash and its operations, detailing its mission and vision centered on delivering inclusive and accessible financial services. It further analyzes the company's strategic efforts, specifically with employee engagement and recognition in the Commercial Division. As per my study and personal experience, I provide techniques to augment employee engagement and recognition program, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational performance. The study utilizes primary data derived from my internship experience and secondary data obtained from corporate publications and industry resources. This internship offered significant insights into HR practices in corporate like bKash, particularly regarding the enhancement of employee motivation and engagement, essential for sustaining bKash’s growth and competitive edge in the changing rapidly MFS market.en_US
