This procedure, consisting of several clearly defined stages, commences with recruitment planning and concludes with employee onboarding, with the goal of attracting, selecting, and integrating top talent into the organization. The process is designed to address both the operational and strategic needs of Unique Group, while also adhering to organizational policies and minimizing bias. The initial stage of recruitment planning sees HR and department leaders identifying the essential qualifications for open positions. The talent acquisition process at Unique Group focuses on transparency, fairness, and alignment with organizational objectives, fostering a strong and effective workforce.
