This report highlights my internship at SARBS Communications Ltd., focusing on improving supply chain processes through software-based system development. SARBS has become a leading provider of power solutions in Bangladesh and they are dedicated to operational excellence. My project in the inter period aimed to address inefficiencies in procurement, real-time tracking, and inventory management, while reducing risks of theft and data manipulation in warehouse log keeping. With the help of in-house software team, we have developed a user-friendly supply chain management system to optimize supply chain process, procurement process, product tracking and warehouse management. My contributions included requirement analysis, process mapping, user training and guiding the software team. In order to guarantee alignment with operational objectives, I worked in collaboration with the in-house software team. The supply chain process accuracy, efficiency, and transparency all had increased when it was put into place at the end of the project. This initiative supports SARBS's dedication to innovation and expansion by showcasing how technology can update conventional supply chain procedures. Moreover, it offered insightful information on supply chain management and how technology can be used to solve operational problems.en_US
