The report “From CV Screening to Final Selection: Enhancing Recruitment Efficiency at Square Food & Beverage Ltd.” has been prepared as a requirement for the BUS 490 internship program. The main objective of this study is to analyze and enhance the recruitment and selection process of Square Food & Beverage Limited (SFBL). The report begins with a brief overview of Square Food and Beverage Limited, one of the leading FMCG companies under Square Group, highlighting its overall success, later it includes a detailed description of my internship experience in the HR department, where I was directly involved in the recruitment and selection process, such as CV screening, exam coordination, interview arrangements and documentation. Both primary and secondary data were used to conduct this report. Primary data was collected through surveys and discussions with HR professionals and employees from different departments and secondary data was gathered from company websites and academic sources. The findings identify that the recruitment process at SFBL is structured but largely dependent on manual systems. The HR department is providing qualified candidates to other departments successfully. HRTS and ATS will help to store data in one place and another one will help to convert full employee information into summary within a minute. So, this study strongly suggests that implementing digital tools can significantly reduce time, improve accuracy and lower workload.
